Front Yard Festival

2023 Front Yard Festival on Easter weekend at Middleton Winery was such a vibe. Shannon & the Salty Vine crew hosted a stellar outdoor music festival on the lawns of his home, attracting large crowds from the local Middleton & Port Elliot surrounds.

With the event hosted by Anthony from All About Her Music, the day kicked off with some live music from homegrown Aussie bands Doja Rise, Germein & Mossy, then progressed into the night with a DJ set from the Front Yard crew. The food vendors had the local crowd well fed with freshly made pizza from Paulie’s Pizza, South African cuisine from Bunny Chow Now, Lattes and cakes from Lala Latte Co. Coopers Brewery helped sponsor the event, providing ice cold beers and Lake Breeze Wines supplied plenty of red, white & bubbles. There’s no better recipe for a daytime live music event.

I was stoked to be a part of the day, being hired as official photographer & videographer to capture content for their social media & festival wrap up aftermovie. It’s always a challenge when shooting both photo and video content, but I managed to photograph a wide range of family snaps, ambience, live music and product shots to round out a solid photo album. The official aftermovie came out great too. Can’t wait to join the gang again next year as photographer & videographer as I’m sure it’ll be another cracker event.
